Home Organizing
Organized Home can create on organizational flow that works for how you and your family live. We unclutter and organize every aspect of your home. Eliminate clutter. Tame home office/filing system, mail and all papers. Clean out the kitchen cabinets, pantry, counter tops. Create order in coat and clothing closets. Organize the basement to the attic. Office Organizing
Whether you work in or out of your home-we create and execute a plan for an efficient filing system and workspace. Clear workspace of clutter. Set up filing system. Streamline bill pay.

Staging
Are you trying to sell a home? Organized Home will unclutter and stage your home to appeal to a potential buyer. We have 3 plans for you to choose from. Email or Call Julie for a price list.

1.Consultation: We visit your home and create a written list of things you can do to make your home irresistible to potential buyers. We will suggest paint colors, furniture rearrangement, and un-cluttering techniques.

2. Staging: On top of the consultation, we create and manage the plan to stage your home. By this we rearrange furniture and accessories you already possess, plus, add our own unique features.  Each home has its individual and specific needs, which will be attended too.

3.Unoccupied Home: Organized Home will create an inviting presence in an unoccupied home. This goal is achieved by selection and rental of furniture, accessories and lighting.  We can fill just a couple main rooms or the whole home.  It will add life to your house and draw in buyers.

Downsizing/ Relocation
Are you or a loved one moving into a smaller home or retirement community? Our downsizing service specializes in all you relocation needs. Organized Home takes the stress and manages all stages of the move. We will: Help you select furniture to move by using your floor plan. Coordinate and over see movers. Set up new home before you arrive, by unpacking and putting away household, arranging furniture, accessories and artwork. Make preparations for left over items to be sold, donated, or given to family members. Staging is available to ensure quick sale.
