Organized Home visits your home and creates a written list of things you can do to make your home irresistible to potential buyers. We will suggest paint colors, furniture rearrangement, and un-cluttering techniques.

2. Staging: When your short on time but your home needs Staging this next choice is for you. On top of the consultation, we create and manage the plan to stage your home. By this, we rearrange furniture and accessories you already possess, plus add our own unique features. Each home has its individual and specific needs, which will be attended too. The words "We'll take it!" will be singing in your ears.

3. Unoccupied Home: You have moved on, but your previous home has not. select this third choice and Organized Home will create an inviting presence in an unoccupied home. This goal is achieved by selection and rental of furniture, accessories and lighting. We can fill a couple main rooms or the whole house. This adds life to an empty home and draws in buyers.

FAB 4 Organizing Packages

FAB 1. This fabulous package gives you a single 3 hr session for an un-cluttering frenzy.  You choose the area to tackle. Clean out those kitchen cabinets, sort through mail and papers, what ever you want help with NOW! A great way to get started.

FAB 2. We're in the trenches now, with double 3 hr sessions. An entire room can be conquered with this one! Un-clutter and organize a kitchen, bathroom, any room that needs attention. The organizing is customized to fit how you and your family live. We offer suggestions and implement any organizing products needed.

FAB 3. Everything in FAB 2, with these 3 - 4hr sessions, then add another space! We suggest and implement any organizing materials needed, design and rearrange furniture and accessories where necessary. When it is all said and done, you have a system that is easily maintained!

FAB 4. The ultimate FAB package for the ultimate Organized Home! With 6 - 4hr sessions. (That is 24 hours!) In most cases, that can be your entire home. We will un-clutter, and customize your home into a fine tuned organized machine. Just imagine coming home everyday to a well organized, well run, stress free home.

Just Consulting. This one to two hour appointment is perfect for the one who needs to know if they are using their space as efficiently as possible. You will receive a detailed plan and product suggestions to make your space organized and beautiful.
